Many Guwahati families own a building with 10, 18 or more flats on rent. The pain is the same as a PG: chasing rent every month, writing receipts by hand and arguing about late payments.
PGkaro now has a flats mode. When you set up, choose "Apartment / flat on rent". You add flat numbers and one monthly rent per flat — no beds, no mess menu.
What you get: - Each tenant pays from their phone, online or by UPI, with the amount filled in. - A numbered receipt for every payment. - The late fine you choose (for example ₹20 a day after 3 days) is added on its own. - Electricity meter readings per flat. - A printable QR rent board listing every flat and its rent, in English, Assamese or Hindi.
