The owner’s behaviour is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. She is very rude to the girls staying in the PG and does not listen to their concerns at all. Whenever any issue is raised, instead of solving it politely, she reacts with anger and speaks disrespectfully. It creates a very uncomfortable and stressful environment for the residents. A PG should feel safe and supportive for girls, but here the owner’s attitude makes it difficult to stay peacefully. Basic problems are ignored, and the way she talks to the residents is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone because respectful behaviour from the owner is the minimum expectation in a girls’ PG.
