I have been in this pg for 3 months. During the harsh times when even a cylinder costed around 3 thousand rupees, this pg was like a great help. With the home cooked and clean food, it's definitely a good choice for working personnel like me who don't have much time. This pg is located in Punjabi galli a few minutes from the Ganeshguri bus stop.

This is the detailed information regarding the PG. Point 1 : Before taking this PG, everyone should think twice. The behavior of the owners is really disappointing. I am sharing this review after staying here for a few months. Detailed Information: The owner is a woman, and her family also stays on the second floor. She has two sons. One of the elder sons often walks around near the rooms without proper clothing and in an unhygienic manner. The other son’s behavior is very good, but he is not involved in looking after the PG. As for the owner, I cannot fully explain her behavior in words—it is that poor. At the time of joining, they said the security deposit (SD) fee was ₹3,000 and non-refundable. However, some students paid ₹2,000, depending on their bargaining skills. They show a form claiming that everyone paid ₹3,000, but that is not correct. If you bargain well, you may not have to pay the full amount. After Joining – My Feedback: For the first two days, the owner's behavior was good. After that, things changed. They usually buy vegetables from the market around 10:30 PM, likely because they are cheaper at that time. Now imagine the quality of vegetables you may receive. Fake Reviews Alert: 🚨🚨 You may come here after seeing the positive Google reviews, but in my opinion, many of those reviews appear misleading and seem to have been posted by own from different IDs. You may also find positive reviews from the ID "Bichas Chetry." Please note that he is not a student of this PG. He works as their cook Just read the reviews carefully and observe the situation yourself : When you enter, you will meet the owner and their cook, Kancha.(Another Name Bichas) Kancha is innocent in this situation. The owner asks Kancha to serve water and then starts explaining how good the food is in the PG. She says that she and her sons eat the same food as the PG students. However, the reality is that Kancha cooks two different meals—one for the PG students and another for the owner's family. Food hygiene is also a concern. I am sharing this detailed feedback because students like me find it difficult to change rooms after joining. A student takes a room to study, not to deal with unnecessary family drama. My recommendation to all students is that the management does not seem to care much about students or their future. Instead, they create an environment where students feel like leaving after a month. The reason may be that they collect a non-refundable ₹3,000 fee, and their calculation seems to be: If 10 students leave every month, they earn ₹30,000 as non-refundable deposit money (₹3,000 per student). Please think carefully before making your decision.

Yesterday i read the msg mam we are shocking that how much people jealous wid u... I m sanjib deka mother . My son was in your pg 2025 .he completed his upsc in your pg... We r lauging someone describe about 3000 advance money u took . So wt big deal u tell us before its non refundable... We all agree. Regarding a u go late at night so wt not only u we all do same we bring vegetables at night. How cheap mentatalty those person who written.. Food is to much better my son told so many times in their batch other 2friend also said same... We r very comfortable in this pg. Actually my son friends took admission in Guwahati then they said about this.sorry to hear about uncle is no more....keep it up mam.those students coming in ur pg next month.

This PG is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Food quality is good and hygienic. The owner is friendly and helpful❤️
